Oh no he's back for more

[So Benny's still in Wankerville. By now, he's getting a better grasp of what's going on and what to expect. This isn't just because he's spoken to Shelly and Tori; it's because he found a certain convenient book. It's titled "Welcome to Wankerville, Random Nexus Facts For Dummies".

That's not the only thing he's found.

Right now, he's sitting on the front steps of one of the houses, playing with four kittens. He's not sure where their mother is, but he does know they were incredibly hungry when he stumbled across them. Luckily, they seem to about four or five weeks old, so they accepted meat scraps just fine. He fed them and now he's stuck with them. Not that he minds, of course. He enjoys their company. Shoe was already a fully-grown, lazy tomcat when Benny got him, so the opportunity to play with actual kittens is new to him.]

I'm... not certain. But the book describes his particular species of vampire as well.

I suppose if I could narrow down the most relevant chapters... I may be able to conduct some research.

... Hmm. It would be terribly convenient if a copy of this book happened to be lying around somewhere in this place...

Interestingly enough, I found a rather convenient book myself a few days ago. It detailed everything I needed to know about this place. Perhaps convenience will strike a second time.

[You really need to start mentioning this kind of thing sooner, son.]

... Where is this book?

[dehipster]

It's inside the house. Do you want me to go get it for you? [You know, this... house that Benny commandeered all to himself and will now be sharing with four kittens.]

[dekillerqueen]

I could... follow you, if you don't mind.

[dehipster]

[Wow dad. Are you going to inspect your son's living quarters? Good thing Benny always keeps his place clean. Shelly won't find anything out of place.]

... Alright. [He carefully moves the tiny little ball of kitten off his lap and onto the ground, then pushes himself to his feet to lead the way inside the house.]

[Sounds ominous, doesn't it? And the forever unchanging look on Shelly's face shouldn't help matters... But really, he means no harm.

Shelly follows him quietly.]

[dehipster]

[Right then. Well... Benny will lead the way through the uninteresting hallway into the similarly uninteresting living room. He hasn't been staying here for all too long yet, so he hasn't exactly had much of a chance to leave a mark on the place.

The book is placed on the table. He picks it up and hands it over to Shelly. Enjoy your copy of Welcome to Wankerville, Random Nexus Facts For Dummies!]

[Shelly stares at the cover in his hands for a while. Like he's JUDGING it.

It clearly doesn't inspire him with confidence.]

[Yes, the title is very questionable. He knows. It's amusing, but oh so questionable.]

I've read it, yes. The only advice that I can give would be not to judge a book by its cover. ... Or in this case, its title.

I shall trust your assessment, then.

I'm glad you would put such faith in my words. [Especially because, technically, this version of Shelly hasn't known him for longer than, say, an hour altogether.]
