Why I like them Oh god where do I begin. The moment I first laid eyes on him I already thought to myself: Oh my gosh he is so spiffy. But the more I saw of him, the more his personality caught my interest. And the more I delved into Yuan, the more interesting aspects of his personality I uncovered. His tsun is wonderful, because it proves he is a nice person deep down, he's just too stubborn to admit it. And while he does bad things, he's not really a bad guy. I like anti-heroes. And then his fail, oh my gosh his fail. And his bad luck! Colette saying he's just looking for happiness gets to me every time.
Why I don't ..... What is this question? Are you asking me why I don't like him? But I do.
Favorite episode/scene Do I have to choose? Uhm. Well, I guess the scene outside Altessa's house because he drugs people, screws Kratos over, shoots him in the back and then ends up getting his ass kicked by Mithos. But props to the Torent Forest scene, for Yuan being an unlikely hero!
Favorite line "You changed once you got a family!"
Favorite outfit As wonderful as his cloak is, I have to admit I'm very fond of his standard Renegade soldier attire. He doesn't wear it in the game because he never joins in on field missions, but still.

Non-romantic OTP But OTP means One True Pairing. How can it be a pairing if it's not- oh forget it. Uhm. Well, I guess Yuan and Botta, then. But in RP context, he's great bros with Dhaos, Raine, Sheena, Albert, Usagi Tsukino, Naoto Shirogane... and uhm... Plenty others. Just look at his CR entry.
Headcanon The horse from the United World OP was named Pompadour. ... No that's a terrible one, I'm sorry. Uhm. Oh yes, he wears cologne. Nothing fancy, just standard stuff.
An Unpopular Opinion That there is a possibility he could be attracted to dudes? But even then it's like... Just because there might be physical attraction doesn't mean he'd act on it. And he'd probably deny it fiercely, too.
A wish That Kratos gets the hell back down from Derris-Kharlan next time it comes around, so Yuan won't have to die all miserable and alone.
A God-please-don't-ever-happen Him hooking up with Summon Spirit Martel. I'm sorry, that's just... wrong. I ship Yuan/Martel, I really do, but only in Kharlan context. The 'woman' you see at the end of the first game is not Martel Yggdrasill. She's a completely different person and she's not even human/half-elf. She's a goddamn guardian spirit who looks a little like his dead fiancée. Quite honestly, I'm surprised he can be around her at all.

Why I like them Gelda is one of those wonderful motherly characters who tries her very best to impart knowledge and soothe people around herself, no matter how much she's suffering herself. There is a lot hidden behind her smile. I mean, she has an incredibly heavy past that she never talks about and in Luceti she's kinda supposed to be dead. That really weighs on her, but even so, she puts others' problems before her own.
Why I don't Um.
Favorite episode/scene I really enjoy that scene in the Abyss OVA series, where she's having a serious talk with Jade about the replicated doll and what it means to search for knowledge. The reason she's warning him is because she recognizes herself in him and hopes to keep him from making the same mistakes.
Favorite line There's one from the Jade's Reminiscence manga that always gets to me. "Life will extinguish. Humans, monsters, everything is bound to die."
Favorite outfit Her Locrian Colonel outfit.
OTP There is no OTP for her in canon. Luceti context it's Regal/Gelda.
Non-romantic OTP Gelda/Raine. Fo sho. But tea time with Nephry is also very adorable.

Why I like them I have to be totally honest here. Cheria is not my favorite character in Graces. She's not even my favorite party member. Even so, her voice comes ridiculously easy and getting to play out Asbel/Cheria with Kyo is a lot of fun. She has her moments of extreme fail, but she's also very social, so she's perfect for RP.
Why I don't LAURA BAILEY. ... Well, okay, that and her development with Asbel was handled a little badly in canon.
Favorite episode/scene Um. Um. The Princess Cheri White play, I suppose. What is acting.
Favorite line "You'll do it with me? Thank you, Asbel! ... That is not what I meant!"
Favorite outfit I think her formal attire. Second place to the BoA outfit for that wonderful skirt, but I'm not a big fan of her hat.

Why I like them Tracey is the underdog in Pokémon. I think he started off as being very interesting- a 'Pokémon Watcher' who was especially trained to observe Pokémon and as such, could come to all sorts of conclusions about them. He was also an extreme fanboy and would sometimes draw hot older chicks. But then they decided to bring Brock back and while Tracey got his wish, he was immediately shoved out of the spotlight. How long has it been since he last appeared in the series? Poor guy.

Favorite episode/scene There is one scene that always cracks me up in the second movie. I don't entirely remember the dialogue, but Misty and Meredy are talking about Misty's crush on Ash as they're running towards the boat. Tracey catches up with them and asks: "Are you talking about me? =D"
Favorite line "When it comes to bug Pokémon, Misty's a chicken!"
Favorite outfit ... The only other outfit he has is the Prince outfit that Daisy tries to force on him in Pokémon Chronicles. And he looks ridiculous in that. ...... Oh, but I do like this right here. Those abs.

Why I like them Clara is so wrapped up in being devout and pure, she doesn't realize just how racist and homophobic she's really being. Instead of being open-minded and nice, she's actually a very close-minded hater who thinks she's nice. That's exactly the sort of thing you need for a Disney Princess parody.
Why I don't Well, this is more of a problem that applies to Drawn Together in general, but... Sometimes the things she gets up to get a little too adult and ridiculous for my liking.
Favorite episode/scene The one where they prank the pizza guy. It cracks me up every. single. time.
Favorite line ... Can't think of any. I need to rewatch the series some time.
